Terms of service

By commissioning me, you automatically agree to these terms.GENERAL1. I have the right to decline or cancel a commission.
2. Payment (USD) is paid upfront. Payment is made via Paypal only! Paying half upfront and half before Unity Setup is also an option (3D Model).
3. You cannot post work in progress screenshots that I will show you during the process.
4. Unless the work is requested to be private, I have the right to publish it on my social media platforms.
5. No rush commissions.REFUND1. No refund will be given once the coloring/modelling phase has started.
2. A full refund will be given if the commissioner cancels before the coloring/modelling phase or I cancel the commission at any time.COMMERCIAL USEIllustration
1. A commission is strictly for personal use only. ( You can't make merchandise with it to sell)
2. However, if you wish to use it commercially, you will have to state what you will use it for. Depending on the usage, you will either pay a one time fee of 3x the total commission fee or have to pay royalties. It is negotiable. Do note, I still retain the right to use it for my portfolio and social media.3D Model
1. You are given full rights to use it commercially. You can stream, VRChat, Vtube, sell merch with it. I only want credits if possible.

VTUBER / VRCHAT MODEL

This service is 1:1, I will try my best to be as accurate to the source material as much as possible. Thus, I need at least 1 front facing reference image. This is a custom 3D Model made with Blender.This is a full package service Model+Rig+Physics. Please note I only do Anime/Stylized Humanoid Models at the moment. I don't do furry models.SPECIAL OFFER : Once you commission a model from me, you have a permanent 10% discount on any subsequent model related commissions.

The complexity depends on the character design and the amount of work it will take to rig/animate it. Please message me so we can determine it based on your character.

All Models will come with :
-Physics appropriate for the program they will be used on.
-Standard VRM and AEIOU blendshapes.
- 7 face expressions (Joy, Fun, Surprised, Angry, Sorrow, Blush, Eye Sparkle) + 3 custom face expressionsVtuber only models are made with either VSF or Warudo in mind. I personally prefer doing Warudo models as I can put advance physics on it (Magica Cloth 2). Otherwise, the model will remain with the universal VRM file and basic Spring Bones physics.VRChat only Models these models will come with Physbones physics, VISEME lipsync and eye tracking.I can make it so that the character is compatible/optimized for both VRChat and Vtuber programs. However, this is extra work (double the work in physics+blendshape setup) so I will have to charge extra ($100). If it's not in the budget, I will prioritize the VRChat Model format. I will still give the VRM file anyways, so it will still be compatible with Vtuber softwares. However, I will not be doing physics for the VRM file in this case.Here are the files you will get per model:

PORTRAIT

$40Portrait commissions includes a character from head to chest. It comes with a simple or flat background as well.Extras:

$80Half Body commissions includes a character from head to waist/hips. It comes with a simple or flat background as well.Extras:

FULL BODY

$150Full Body commissions includes a character from head to toe (however, there is a possibility that only up to the knees or calves are included due to composition) . It comes with a simple or flat background as well.Extras:

+100% base price for extra character

COMMISSION PROCESS1. Make sure you read the TOS and decided on a commission.
2. Send me a message via my social media stating the type of commission you want, references, details or descriptions and paypal email or answer the google form (if there is one).
3. I'll confirm it and send you a sketch for approval. Afterwards, I'll ask for payment.
4. During the whole process, I'll update you and send WIP screenshots. You are free to ask for updates as well! Don't hesitate to give feedback.
5. When I finish it, I'll ask for approval and give a last chance for minor tweaks.

1. How long does a commission take?
Usually 1-2 weeks (Illustration) or roughly 3-5 weeks (3D). There is also the possibility to finish early. However, there is also a chance it may take longer due to my personal life. I inform clients when that happens.
